Already, 2019 is shaping up to be a very volatile year — one fraught with uncertainty for companies in the United States and around the world. It was designed to help organizations cope with the same sort complexity and ambiguity we see all around us right now. Ideally, those assumptions are simply facts that are not yet true, but will become true as our strategy, plan or decision is executed. Then think about the consequences for your strategy, plan or decision if you’re wrong. Finally, look at what your analysis has yield, and ask yourself some tough questions — and answer them honestly: Am I still confident that this is the right decision?
