Dear Liz,I hate the way my resume sounds, but I don't know how to fix it. I agree with you that it's not appropriate, professional or even polite to brag about yourself in a resume or LinkedIn profile, but how else can I let employers and recruiters know about my accomplishments? I don't want to fill up my resume with the "praising adjectives" like Savvy, Strategic and Groundbreaking -- the ones you tell us to take out of our resumes. But is there another way to show that I'm a top performer? Thanks Liz -Carla
