Dear Liz,I work in a pretty good company, but my boss is always pushing us to work more hours. We're all on salary in my department so it doesn't cost "Neal" a penny if we work all the time. The awkward part is when Neal asks me, "Why can't you work this weekend?" I say, "Neal, I have plans," and he says, "What plans?" because he wants to find somebody with no plans who can work late.
