Individual mandateRepealOBAMACARE Requires all Americans to buy health insurance or pay a tax penalty, with exceptions for people who have experienced hardships. SENATE BILL Allows people to put more money into their health savings accounts, up to the maximum allowed for out-of-pocket costs, and lets spouses make additional contributions.
