Pexels.comHave you used voice search yet today? Voice search has a longer history than you might expect; Google actually released voice search back in 2002, though it’s no wonder why it met with lackluster usage upon its emergence on the market. Siri, released in 2011, started generating more interest in the prospect of voice search, but was similarly clunky. But now, voice search from a variety of offerors—including Siri, Google, Cortana, and Alexa—is impressive, intuitive, and fairly reliable. RankBrain has been steadily improving ever since, and I imagine it won’t be the last machine learning update we see on the voice search front.
