BESUT: A 61-year-old woman received two stitches on her hand as a result of a scuffle with a robber who entered her house on Friday afternoon. The victim's husband was not at home as he was at a nearby mosque to perform his prayer. She said the suspect escaped after ransaking her bedroom. Meanwhile District police chief Superintendent Mohd Zamri Mohd Rowi said the suspect was believed to have entered the house through the back door. Zamri said police was tracking down the suspect to assist in the investigation for robbery and causing hurt.
