Chanthaburi recorded an occupancy rate of 60.5%, down from 60.7%, while Ubon Ratchathani stood at 54.4%, down from 58.1%. Si Sa Ket posted an occupancy rate of 50.4%, down from 51.6%, while Trat declined to 51.3% from 52.6%. Mr Martinez said hotel performance in 2026 is expected to remain rate-led, with the average daily rate more defensible than occupancy.
