Mr. Vijayan also gave instructions to the Minimum Wages Advisory Board to issue the final notification in a time-bound manner. But hospital managements moved the High Court arguing that the Chief Minister was acting unilaterally. This case was dismissed later. Hence, the need for a unified effort to ensure minimum wages, they said in the statement.
