Cheruvathur has scored 203 points in HS category, 233 in HSS, and 102 in UP category. Bekal has 209 points in HS category, 221 in HSS, and is in the second spot in the UP category with 110 points. People thronged the venues staging popular events such as Kuchipudi, Bharathanatyam, Oppana, Mappilapattu, Vattapattu, recitation, instrumental music, and drama.
