A two-month-old girl is in hospital after being attacked by her neighbor's pit bull as she played in her bouncy chair. Baby Jemma-Linda Gonzalez was in the backyard of her home in San Diego, California, with her mother when their neighbor's dog sprung at her on Monday afternoon.
