A mosquito net and a campervan itself were some of the objects that were subjected to Huntly man Brett Donald's ire as he subjected a gay couple to a violent homophobic attack. By 3.30pm Donald was sitting inside their campervan when he began yelling derogatory and homophobic comments at them. The couple decided to make their way to the Queenstown Police Station to report Donald's bad driving. She also disqualified Donald from driving, although after an initial 28-day suspension he is able to apply for an alcohol interlock.
