After months of planning, the 2024 Homestead Days celebration begins on Wednesday. Friday-SundayThe Homestead National Historical Park will be hosting performances and demonstrations. SaturdaySean Astin will be the keynote speaker at 3 p.m. at Homestead National Historical Park. A Nowear BMX Stunt Show will perform at Chautauqua Park at 11 .m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. About 15 to 20 individuals help plan Homestead Days with the Beatrice Area Chamber of Commerce.
