PHOTOS: SUPPLIEDOtago homes claimed the two top honours at this year's Southern Registered Master Builders House of the Year awards. The residence which won House of the Year is in Cromwell, while Supreme Renovation of the Year went to a home in Arrowtown. Homes from around Otago and Southland were recognised in the southern awards, as well as Dunedin company Colin Thom Builder, which won the Plumbing World Bathroom Excellence Award. There were 19 Gold Award winners from the Southern area, which will compete against Gold Award winners from around the country to find the National Top 100 Gold Award finalists.
