Crown-owned company Ōtākaro Ltd is selling the former Odeon Theatre on Tuam St.Lawrie & Wilson Auctioneers and adjoining vacant land. The former Odeon Theatre is a Category 1 heritage building - which was designed in 1883 as a public theatre and hall, before being transformed into a vaudeville venue, cinema and church.
