Auckland ferry company Fullers is “working to resolve the situation” after one of its managers sent a scathing 3am message to staff. Fullers faced criticism after the message, sent via the company’s internal communications system, became public. On Monday night, chief executive Mike Horne said the company was aware of the message, which had since been removed. Stuff Fullers chief executive Mike Horne says the message does not fit with the ferry company's values and culture. The message was sent 3:10am on Monday and later shared on social media, where it was widely criticised.
