ManpowerGroup says willingness to expand in the second quarter has dropped to a decade low among Hong Kong employers. Among 440 employers, 7 percent said they are willing to employ more staff in the next quarter while 7 percent said they will reduce staff. Also, 83 percent remain unchanged. This reflects a drop in confidence of employment. The group said that the confidence of employers in the service industry is at a 16-year low.
