Police have recovered dead bodies of a Hindu priest and his wife from a room next to a temple in Satkania upazila, Chittagong on Tuesday. The police primarily suspect that the couple may have committed suicide. Speaking to the Dhaka Tribune, Satkania police station OC Rafiqul Hossain said they recovered the bodies around 11am on Tuesday. We primarily suspect that the couple may have committed suicide after failing to pay off their debts,” he added. He further said the bodies had been sent to Chittagong Medical College for an autopsy.
