Dear Liz,I'm about to start my first stealth job search. Tonight I'm going to set up my LinkedIn profile to let recruiters know I'm available for new opportunities. I'm an Administrative Assistant and there are a lot of job openings for people like me so I expect to hear from recruiters once I make it clear that I'm job-hunting. I'm not trying to flatter myself but I was an English major in college and I'm good at my job. What do I say to these recruiters when they contact me?
