Kisumu Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o has named nine members of his cabinet set to drive his transformation agenda. The nine, according to Governor Nyong’o, were picked by an outsourced firm through a competitive process. Also on the list is a former head of the county's Reproductive Health and Family Planning Services, Rosemary Obara as the Health executive nominee. Ms Obara was at the helm of health services management in Kisumu and boasts more than 15 years of experience.
