In the first raid conducted by Crime Branch at the parking lot of the Thivim railway station two persons were arrested who were in possession of Ganja, narcotic substance worth Rs 5 lakh. In another raid conducted by Calangute Police near Palmarinha Resort Porbawado Calangute accused Ashru Bhima Kale, 28 from Maharashtra was found in illegal possession of narcotic drugs Ganja weighing 960 grams worth Rs. Accordingly a raid was conducted in presence of panchas and above narcotic drugs was seized. A complaint regarding illegal possession of narcotic drugs was filed by PSI Shri.
