James CoxA young man has been killed in a road collision in Co Sligo. He was driving an SUV which veered off the road on the N17 at Ballinacarrow, shortly after 8.15pm on Thursday night. The man, who was aged in is late teens, was pronounced dead at the scene. A man who was a passenger in the vehicle was assessed by emergency services but didn't need hospital treatment. Garda forensic collision investigators will conduct a technical examination of the scene.
