Picture by Anirban ChoudhuryAlipurduar: Trinamul leaders in Alipurduar held a meeting with party colleagues residing in areas close to the Assam border here on Wednesday. At the meeting, the leaders were briefed about the state's stance that anybody entering from Assam should be provided with help but a proper check of the person's details should be done. At the district party office here on Wednesday, Sharma spoke with his party colleagues for over an hour. Later, he said: "I took a stock of the current situation that is prevailing at the border from the leaders based in Kumargram block. Meanwhile, the police on Wednesday repaired six CCTV cameras which are there at the Sankosh river bridge in the border.
