Jason O'Connor fell into a critical condition at the Foundry Gym in Wolverhampton on May 25. People in the gym tried to revive him before paramedics arrived and took over, Birmingham Live reported. Sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts, nothing could be done to save the 50-year-old. Following the tragedy, Foundry Gym took to its Facebook page and said: "It is with great sadness that we announce tonight the passing of one of our own, PLEASE NOTE This is in no way related to the gym itself, our equipment or facilities.
