Robbie Elliot's parents were told to give him Calpol for a suspected infection four weeks ago. Last Friday, with his family by his side, the young boy died at Newcastle's Freeman Hospital, Chronicle Live reported. Days before the South Shields boy lost his life, scans had revealed tumours in his kidneys, brain, heart and stomach. Since Stephen launched a Gofundme page to help Robbie's parents close to £5,000 has been raised.
