A petition filed by Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero’s wife Susan to stop the EACC from obtaining her bank record will be heard on July 25. High Court Judge Joseph Onguto yesterday postponedthe hearing since the EACC had not filed its submissions. She wants the EACC‘s probe in connection with her husband’s wealth declared unconstitutional.
