Harry Maguire has been charged by the Football Association for his reaction following his red card in Man United's 2-2 draw against Bournemouth. The Man United defender was sent off after being adjudged to have pulled back Evanilson in the penalty area in their Premier League clash last month. Maguire had contested his dismissal with referee Stuart Atwell and fourth official Matt Donohue after VAR had ratified the decision. Should Maguire's ban be extended as a result of the charge, he would likely miss the Red Devils' trip to Chelsea on April 18. Daily Mail Sport revealed last month that Man United had made a formal complaint to PGMOL following the draw at Bournemouth.
