For Russian Language, Arabic Language, Transnational Culture and Communication, and Teaching Vietnamese as a Foreign Language, the proposed tuition is VND31 million per year (US$1,220). Teacher training programs will continue to apply tuition policies in accordance with State regulations. Environmental, Health and Safety carries the lowest projected tuition at around VND19.1 million per year (US$750). The university has pledged not to raise tuition during the entire course if students follow the standard training schedule. Meanwhile, the National Economics University projects tuition for standard programs at about VND20-28 million per year (US$780-1,100), up VND2-3 million (US$80-120) compared to 2025.
