Noah Hanifin scored from the right doorstep on a pass by Elias Lindholm with 2 seconds left in overtime, giving the Hurricanes a 3-2 victory on Saturday night. “Both teams played very hard and there was a lot of passion in that game,” Carolina coach Bill Peters said.
