Stocks are tumbling in Hong Kong on a day the budget for 2022 is being presented following a economically challenging year. The benchmark Hang Seng index has shed 480.43 points, or 1.57 percent at 30,152.21. The broader Hang Seng Tech index has dropped to 9,529.09, down by 334.73 points or 3.39 percent. HSBC (0005) has dropped by 1.39 percent at HK$46.05. The CSI 300 Index is at 5,494.33, lower by 85.34 points, or 1.53 percent.
