LAHORE: Punjab Assembly Opposition Leader Hamza Shehbaz will appear before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) today in a case pertaining to accumulating assets beyond declared sources of income. The anti-theft watchdog has made foolproof security arrangements ahead of his arrival. The bureau is probing Hamza in cases pertaining to money laundering, Saaf Pani Company scam and Ramzan Sugar Mills case. The Lahore High Court on Monday restrained the bureau from arresting Hamza after it had carried out two successive raids on April 5 and 6 at Shehbaz’s Model Town residence to arrest him. However, it could not arrest the accused.
