Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz reached Lahore on Monday after visiting his ailing newborn daughter in London. According to media reports, the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader was abroad to tend to his ailing newborn daughter after the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Feb 11 accorded an approval on his application for extension of his stay in London owing to medical complications of his infant child. Hamza’s newborn daughter had to undergo a cardiac procedure in London due to complications at birth. Hamza left for London on February 3 after the LHC ordered his name to be taken off the Exit Control List. Moreover, he was by the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing the Model Town case.
