Investments, Trade and Industry Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has pleaded with Azimio leader Raila Odinga to halt anti-government demonstrations, even if it will be just for two years. Kuria appealed to leaders across the political divide to establish a common purpose of transforming the nation. “If there were protests in Mombasa, what would we have gathered in here to do,” he said. He called on the Opposition leaders to stop calling for demonstrations saying they were a setback to development. “I plead with my brother Raila Odinga, please stop the demos, even if it is for just two years.
