HC bars DSCC bid to construct floor above New Market

After a primary hearing, the court on February 11, 2018 issued a ruling staying DSCC's decision to add another floor to New Market’s extension building. In January last year, the DSCC decided to construct 178 shops on New Market's roof using metal roofing.
