One person was killed after a gunman opened fire in a pastry factory in Moscow on early Wednesday. The shooter then called up a radio station and confessed his crime while special forces were encircling the building. Ilya Averyanov, the factory's former director said he opened fire to stop people from taking over the factory from him. "I shot one guy and unfortunately I think I killed him," the man told Business FM. "If I survive, I will fight to the end ... Now I will either shoot myself or hand myself in," Ilya told Business FM.
