The first scene of the promo shows a rap competition between two ‘gully boys’ setting the tone for the rest of the video. The rap continues through to the next scene which has Singh’s character Naved writing in his journal. But “apna time ayega” is what keeps Naved going.”Overall, the trailer provides the essence of the film in a great way. Alongside Singh and Bhatt, Gully Boy features Kalki Koechlin, Vijay Raaz and Kubbra Sait.
