More than 99,000 students were given admission in the first round by the state government under the Right to Education (RTE) Act on Monday. The students will have to confirm their admission in respective schools by submitting documents till May 13. Sources said, "A total of 11,728 students have been given admission from Ahmedabad city whereas 8617 students have got admission from Ahmedabad rural.
