more-inAfter a long wait of more than three years and constant pressure from aspirants, the State government has finally started the process of recruitment of teachers, releasing the guidelines on Tuesday for the test to be conducted by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC). The notification details the guidelines for Secondary Grade Teachers, School Assistants, Language Pandits and Physical Education Teachers. Prof. Chakrapani said online application process would be followed for teacher recruitment too like other recruitments done in the last three years. Out of the total marks of the test, 20% weightage will be given to the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by Telangana or Central Government and AP if candidates appeared before June 2, 2014. The weightage will not be applicable for School Assistant (Physical Education) and Physical Education Teacher.
