The panel, which includes Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, will deliberate on a number of key foreign policy issues at its next meeting likely next month, one of its members said. Voting rights to NRIs, Brexit and its implications for India, the performance of passport issuance system and the issuance of e-passports are topics for discussions short-listed by the panel for its year-long agenda. Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar had in July briefed the panel on the Doklam standoff.
