Daryll Rowe, 27, who targeted people on a gay dating app, was given a life sentence for infecting at least five lovers and exposing five others to the virus by refusing to wear condoms or tearing them. Rowe, who will serve a minimum of 12 years, then taunted his victims with texts such as: “Maybe you have the fever coz . I have HIV LOL” and “burn .
