Greta Gerwig, the acclaimed ‘Barbie’ director, has revealed that she has been diagnosed with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). In an interview with the Guardian, Gerwig shared that she had always possessed a great deal of energy as a child but was not diagnosed until adulthood. According to a report by Nationalpost.com, Gerwig explained, “(At school I) had a ton of energy. Now, as an adult, I have ADHD — they diagnosed me. Gerwig made a heartfelt statement during the premiere, acknowledging Baumbach’s contribution and expressing her solidarity with the striking writers.
