A tagger is on the loose in Palmerston North, leaving their mark on walls and power boxes around the central city, and even a parked car. Acting Palmerston North City Council chief infrastructure officer Sheryl Bryant said Memorial Park and the skate park had been hit by the vandalism. The toilets and paddling pool area of Memorial Park were tagged on December 11 and 14, and January 8. The man did not know who the graffiti tagger was, but thought it was funny nonetheless.
