Information minister, however, sees no need to involve opposition parties in dialogueISLAMABAD: The federal government has welcomed newly-appointed Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa’s proposal to initiate inter-institutional dialogue. Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry while talking to The Express Tribune said there is dire need of dialogue among civilian government, judiciary and army for maintaining good governance and enforcing policy. However, Fawad believes, “there is no need to involve opposition parliamentary parties in dialogue proposed by CJP Khosa. On the other hand, Pakistan Bar Council Vice Chairman Kamran Murtaza said the Constitution does not allow such summit to be proposed by the chief justice. He proposed the top parliamentary, judicial and executive leadership including the military and the intelligence agencies to attend this summit.
