New Delhi, Jul 21 (PTI): Union home minister Rajnath Singh said Thursday the government will set up a committee to recommend alternatives to pellet guns, whose use by security forces in Kashmir has led to several blindings and other injuries. These guns, categorised as non-lethal, were used in 2010 as well when six persons had died and 98 suffered eye injuries, with five going completely blind, he said.
