Arshad Khan has over 30 years of experi­ence workin­g with nation­al, multin­ationa­l and public sector organi­sation­sThe federal government has nominated Arshad Khan as Chairman, Board of Directors (BOD), Pakistan Television Corporation (PTVC). The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has directed the Board of Directors (BOD) to elect Arshad Khan as Chairman PTVC in line with PTVC Memorandum and Articles of Association (Article 95). Khan, who holds a master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, USA, has over 30 years of experience working with national, multinational and public sector organisations holding board-level and key management positions. Khan also turned around large public sector organisations like Pakistan Television as its Managing Director twice and Pakistan Post as its Chairman & Director General. He remained member on several Boards like Ufone, PTV, Pakistan Post, Radio Pakistan, APP, ATV, Allama Iqbal Open University.
