Munya held rallies at his home market of Muthara in Tigania East, Nkubu in South Imenti, and Maili Tatu in Igembe. Mr Munya said he was confident of being re-elected by an overwhelming majority. Munya and his key rival, Senator Kiraitu Murungi, differed on who had set up the roadblocks, with Murungi telling a meeting at Igoji that Munya had stage-managed it. I don't understand this type of logic," Munya said at Nkubu Stadium.
