Health Minister David Clark will urgently establish a new Ministerial Advisory group to help him properly allocate new funding he says is desperately needed. RNZ Health Minister David Clark speaks after controversial Ministry of Health director-general Chai Chuah quit. Clark said the group would also be advising on the general direction of the health sector. Two health priorities sat within the Government's 100-day plan and that was to establish a mental health inquiry and introduce medicinal cannabis legislation.
