These sworn statements, alongside the Commission on Audit (COA) report on FDA, would be forwarded to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for appropriate action, according to Panelo. A termination letter was sent to Puno directing her to turn over the official documents to the health department. Puno has accepted her termination from office but rejected allegations of corruption.
