MATALAM, North Cotabato—Unidentified gunmen shot dead a government lawyer here as he was leaving his house on Saturday, the police said. Bernard Tayong, speaking for the North Cotabato provincial police office, identified the victim as Honorato Maso, 54, of North Cotabato‘s Public Attorney’s Office (PAO).
