Francis Kahata’s first half late strike yesterday was enough to see Gor through to the KPL Top 8 final. Gor Mahia and Muhoroni Youth booked a date in the final of the KPL Top 8 after eliminating their respective opponents during the second leg semi-final matches yesterday at Nyayo Stadium. Gor Mahia will face Muhoroni Youth in the finals on a date that will be announced later. Gor sailed through to the final after beating Tusker on a 3-0 goal aggregate after 1-0 win while Muhoroni Youth tossed out Ulinzi Stars on a way goal rule following a 1-1 (2-2) draw. Gor took the lead in injury time in the first half when Francis Kahata drilled past a helpless David Okello with a superb free kick.
