The teacher has been temporarily suspendedA Gopalganj teacher has been accused of sexually harassing a seventh-grade student. Miraj Hossain Molla, assistant teacher of the social science department at Korpara Bohumukhi High School, was detained by the police on Wednesday. The student’s family members said that the girl was harassed at the birthday celebration of another teacher, Porimal Biswas. Porimal cut the cake and left; then, Miraj force-fed cake to the female students and took selfies with them. The same day, members of the Gopalganj sadar upazila Boultoli police outpost detained Miraj for questioning.
